The 29th BioInquirer is a research forum held by the International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) on the 21st of November 2026. This forum will be embracing the theme “Promotion, Provision, and Protection of Health: Multidiciplinary Research for Resilient and Equitable Health Systems”. The 29th BioInquirer Research Forum invites research abstracts on these categories: Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration & Digital Health, Biomedical Sciences, Physiotherapy & Sport Sciences, and Nutrition & Lifestyle. This forum will provide an opportunity for everyone’s unique ideas and will not only be a collection of random research presentations but will instead provide an overview of research, highlighting current debates and opinions on a variety of significant themes.

Nursing: Patient- Centered Care and Workforce Resilience

This theme focuses on advancing safe, compassionate, equitable, and patient-centred nursing care while promoting a resilient and sustainable workforce. It explores patient and family engagement, quality and safety, staff wellbeing, workforce retention, professional development, safe staffing, leadership, and innovative care models that enable nurses to respond effectively to evolving healthcare needs.

Biomedical Sciences: Innovations in Diagnosis and Therapeutics

This theme showcases scientific developments that strengthen disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical care. It explores laboratory medicine, molecular and cellular sciences, diagnostic technologies, biomarkers, pharmacology, therapeutic advances, precision medicine, and translational research that connects scientific discovery with practical healthcare applications.

Public Health : determinants of Health and prevention Strategies

This theme examines the factors that influence health outcomes and the strategies needed to prevent disease and promote wellbeing. It includes social, environmental, behavioral, economic, and cultural determinants of health, alongside health promotion, disease prevention, health equity, community participation, epidemiology, public-health policy, and evidence-based interventions for healthier populations.

Physiotherapy & Sports Sciences: Rehabilitation, Physical Performance, and Functional Health

This theme focuses on research that supports movement, recovery, physical performance, and functional independence across the lifespan. It includes rehabilitation science, exercise therapy, injury prevention, musculoskeletal health, neurological rehabilitation, sports performance, physical activity, assistive technologies, and interventions that improve participation, function, and quality of life.

Nutrition & Lifestyle: Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Sustainable Health

This theme explores how nutrition and lifestyle practices contribute to long-term individual, community, and environmental health. It includes dietary behaviors, nutrition-related disease prevention, physical activity, lifestyle modification, health education, behavior change, food security, sustainable food systems, and interventions that support healthier and more sustainable communities.
